Kid Toy Overload

Three days into Spring Break and I’ve decided to clean and organize my kids’ toys.

Am I crazy? Probably.

I had absolutely no idea how many things were “hidden” in drawers, under the beds, in corners behind curtains, or infused with every crevice humanly imaginable. Mad props to my kiddos on their cleaning creativity.

So, three days later, lots of bins, labels, clothing piles, and toy sorting, we finished. I am pleased to say the room is done!

I actually took it a step further and captured pictures of EVERY SINGLE part of the room, printed them on paper, placed in page protectors, and displayed so my kids know exactly how to clean up. Fingers crossed this helps. I’m thinking it could work for my kids, since it’s a mostly successful tactic in my classroom.
